sharin' hearts, sharin' hopes

Sharing hearts, sharing hopes”

~ So many people walk around with a meaningless life. They seem half asleep even when they are busy doing things they think are important. This is because they’re chasing the wrong things. The way you get meaning into life is to devote yourself to your community around you and devote yourself to create something that gives you purpose and meaning~

Mitch Albom

Sharing hearts, sharing hopes is the theme that we give to this remarkable project of ours that focus on serving the community especially in the kids’ welfare and youth issues. The kids are our future, our world tomorrow. Instead of just praying and wishing they become better people, we can make a difference in their lives by putting together small efforts from everyone. A piece of puzzle will not complete the jigsaw, but with the thousand pieces it forms a beautiful finish art work of a jigsaw puzzle.

In Leo we are taught to serve, we pledged to extend our hands to help those in needs, pledged of our hearts reach for it and it will be touch, pledged of our ears to hear another outcry, pledged of our eyes to see the plights of others, pledged of oneself to bring another man closer to his dreams and pledged for the betterment of our community and country.

We hope by initiating projects under this umbrella of sharing heart, sharing hopes, we can make greater awareness to people the true meaning of giving, sharing and caring. So share your hearts today so that we can share the hopes of these little ones and uplift their dreams!
